US domestic shipping

Orders for shipments within the U.S. will be processed in 5-7 business days from order date.  Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays. 

Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

International shipping

Delivery times are estimated to be 14-21 business days, but please note that delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country. 

Please choose the correct shipping method if you have concerns of package theft or loss.

If your package  is  lost in transit  this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to  the carrier directly for assistance. If your package was insured , send us an email right away at  and we can file a claim..

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

All Jewelry items are FINAL SALE.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Returns will be subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
